Asimina Kassef

After a lifetime of working closely with people and witnessing both the beauty and the struggles of the human experience.
For more than twenty years, Asimina has lived and worked across Greece, Canada, the United States, Austria, Cyprus and the United Kingdom. Wherever life took her, one thing remained constant: people.
Her journey began in hospitality, where she spent years serving, listening, observing and connecting with people from every background, culture and walk of life. Through this work, she learned that behind every smile, every conversation and every ordinary day, there is often a deeper story.
Alongside her professional path, Asimina has always been drawn to service. In Canada, she volunteered with elderly people and supported individuals facing mental health challenges. In the UK, she later worked as a certified carer, offering practical care, emotional support and human presence to people who needed it most.
Everywhere she has been, she has remained deeply sensitive to mental health, emotional wellbeing, loneliness, stress, trauma, pressure and the quiet struggles many people carry without speaking about them.
Over the years, she has listened to countless personal stories, supported people through difficult moments, encouraged self-belief and helped others understand that they are often stronger, more capable and more worthy than they realise.
Her personal interests and studies naturally expanded into human behaviour, personal development, awareness, energy, mindset, resilience and the deeper question of how human beings can overcome obstacles, reconnect with themselves and create meaningful change in their lives.

Behind every vision stands someone who quietly ensures it becomes reality.
Dimitrios brings operational clarity, strategic thinking, and a deep commitment to the values that define YOU & ME. But his connection to the mission is far more personal than professional.
Having witnessed close family members battle cancer and losing both his grandfather and his father to the disease, Dimitrios experienced firsthand the pain, uncertainty, and helplessness that so many families face every day. Those experiences left a lasting mark and became one of the driving forces behind his desire to contribute to something greater than himself.
Rather than accepting loss as an inevitable part of life, he chose to dedicate his time, skills, and energy to creating opportunities that could give others a second chance. Whether through raising awareness for bone marrow donation, supporting life-changing initiatives, or helping build a community based on compassion and human connection, his motivation has always been rooted in service to others.
A collaborator in the truest sense, Dimitrios helps transform ideas into action, building not only systems and structures, but the foundations upon which people can rebuild confidence, discover purpose, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Based across Greece and the United Kingdom, he remains committed to the belief that even the smallest act of care can change the course of someone’s future.
